Only one person signed up. In yet another sign that Moran is an incumbent who lacks popular support, the "Moran For Congress Meetup Day" at Meetup.com has been cancelled. As Meetup.com puts it:
WHO Moran Supporters Worldwide. So far, 1 have signed up. WHEN Thursday, March 4 @ 7:00PM (1st Thursday of every month.) Not enough Moran Supporters near Washington, DC can make it, so this month's Meetup is cancelled."
Meanwhile, the Moran website brags about some party that was far more sparsely attended that the Rosenberg one I attended in Alexandria last week. The article states that:
At last, something we can all agree on. We all want to send Jim Moran "back home where he started out." Count me in. < | >

I want to break his nose."
—James Moran in the Aug. 29, 1990 Washington Post, referring to his opponent. | |
