1/26/04 Roll Call Article About Moran's Marital Status Includes Critical Comments About His Ethics
The 1/26/04 edition of Roll Call includes a brief article about James Moran's marital status. In the course of the article Roll Call opines that "A new wife could be helpful in softening the image of the volatile Moran as he faces a difficult re-election battle."

Roll Call also commented that "Moran, who has been rocked by all kinds of revelations about his financial problems and close ties to lobbyists in recent years, explained that he feels strongly about keeping his personal life out of the news."
