And one of the two bills that passed merely renamed an existing post office James Moran on his official website lists 15 pieces of legislation that he says he introduced. Most of Moran's bills died in committee. Indeed, of the 15 bills that Moran co-sponsored only two actually became law. And of those two bills, one of them was a bill to rename an existing post office.
