All That Is Necessary For Evil To Triumph Is For Good Men To Do Nothing In David Cho's 11/16/03 Washington Post article "Moran Suddenly Looks Strong" a Catholic University professor of politics, Mark Rozell indicated that he, too, considers Moran's misbehavior in office to have been serious. Prof. Rozell stated: "Ten months ago, a lot of people were saying he's finished," said Mark Rozell, professor and chairman of the department of politics at Catholic University. "But the situation for Moran has changed quite dramatically. . . . It seems like people just accepted the inevitability that Jim Moran wins his district no matter what he does..." Rozell indicated that Moran's financial backers seem to have stood by him so far: "Rozell added that he had not seen a large number of defections among Moran's political or financial supporters." Kate Hanley, however, told Cho that she had raised more money than James Moran did from mid-August until mid-November. < | >

"[Cong. Parris is] a deceitful, fatuous jerk. . . .
I want to break his nose."
