Seeing Moran For What He Is In its 11/16/03 editorial "Ms. Hanley's Decision" the Washington Post repeated its earlier assertion that James Moran is unfit to serve as the congressman for the 8th District in Virginia. The Post stated:
"If the announcement surprised Northern Virginia voters, it clearly pleased Mr. Moran, whose record in office is sufficiently tarnished to make him vulnerable to challenge. His district definitely deserves better, and leaders in both political parties should rekindle efforts to field able challengers." < | >
